At the center of your being
you have the answer.
You can have a better, healthier, more joyful life.
You can learn to act, think, and feel in ways more attuned to your authentic self.
You can make a conscious shift toward a more positive future.
Clear thinking and behavior based in choice--not simply reaction--requires healthy functioning between your intellectual, emotional and somatic (body-centered) awareness. Often, we're conditioned to overly rely on our minds, even though a large percentage of our neurons-those specialized cells that transmit information both to and from our brain-reside in the body and "store" information and experiences. That's why it is important to address all three aspects of ourselves, in order to heal the negative effects of the past.
I'd like to help you integrate the wisdom of your mind, emotions, and body. I use gentle neuroscience-based therapy modalities that positively impact your nervous system. As issues become resolved in your biology, you'll see a difference in how you feel and behave. This experiential approach helps change flow more naturally, and allows you to make a conscious shift toward healthier, more joyful living.
Awareness is like the sun When it shines on things, they are transformed."
